Troubled Top: How to Quilt
It/How to Fix It
with Brenda Shreve
Have you ever been stumped by what
kind of design to quilt on a quilt top? Or have you received a quilt top that
presents “issues” like wavy borders, parts that won’t lay flat, or
being out-of-square? Ever got to the end of your backing BEFORE you’ve
finished quilting the quilt? Let’s face it: not every quilt top you receive for
quilting or discover at a garage sale will be pieced perfectly, presenting
problems for you as you quilt it. Brenda Shreve of Brenda’s Red Barn Quilting
in Barnsdall, OK can help! Brenda has operated a longarm quilting business for
15 years and has seen almost everything on her customers’ quilts.
BRING IN YOUR “CHALLENGING” QUILT
TOPS and participate in the discussion of how to quilt/how to fix that
troubled top. There’s lots to learn!
